Welcome the Solstice with an open heart and mind, as we move into the season of darkness. Connect to the light within and ignite endless radiance to last all winter long. Intentionally opening our circle, with an invocation of the divine light progressing through a gentle yin yang flow and finishing with an extended savasana. (Note: Sound Bowls will serenade you through the entire practice. )
